Jim Waggoner holds over 25 years of experience in several areas of Advanced Financial Planning and Executive Benefits. He specializes in 401k retirement and defined benefit plans, non-qualified executive benefit solutions, buy/sell agreements, estate planning and succession strategies.

With over two decades of experience in working with business owners, Waggoner helps employers implement programs that recruit, retain and reward select employees whom the success of the business depends. His experience in Deferred Compensation provides a complete solution for successful businesses.

Currently, Waggoner assists executives with retirement plans ranging in assets from 1.2 million to 17 million.

Waggoner has served as past President for both local and state chapters of NAIFA and past President for First Priority of America. He has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, Court of the Table and Top of the Table. In 2001 Waggoner was named ‘Sioux Falls Financial Advisor of the Year’ and in 2006 he was awarded ‘State Financial Advisor of the Year’.

Outside of work, Waggoner enjoys spending time with his wife of 26 years, two children and two grandchildren. An active member of their local church, Waggoner leads a businessmen’s weekly bible study.
